Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, however if the consignee wants to cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by sending an email to admin@mypelstore.infinityfreeapp.com. The entire sum will be refunded to the account of the consignee within 7 working days.
An item may be eligible for return within 7 days after delivery, if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions
Package is damaged by courier .
Is different from what was ordered .

Not Eligible for Return:
An item will not be eligible for return, if it falls under any one or more following conditions:
Not returned within the specified time i.e., within 7 days after delivery.
If product is damaged, altered, tampered, missing items or otherwise used.
and for Optics * no returns accepted unless the above conditions are fulfilled for return goods*
